I have not been good at communication with my colleague. I recognized that it would be my character. I could not change it.
Now, I think I can talk with co-workers better than before.
Some people might demand more...
I do not know why, when and how I can do that exactly.
Yes I am getting older and have more time to communicate rather than before.
I think running is one factor about it.
While I run alone about for 30 - 60 minute, I meditate various things. It is not done seriously. I could rearreng my thought. It would work well.
